Welcome! This 90-minute session has been designed to introduce educators to streamlining workflows and managing knowledge systems more effectively. Using the Four P’s Framework: People, Purpose, Program, and Protocol, it provides a practical approach to integrating AI into daily routines.
The focus is on you as an educator, helping you save time and enhance productivity by introducing you to tools and processes that simplify tasks and information management. The tools and workflows introduced in this session will be demonstrated and evaluated in alignment with the ADDIE model, offering practical AI applications you can use during the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages of developing educational programmes.
